He is currently the CEO of Amerifund Home Loans, a mortgage brokerage licensed across the nation. Most recently he founded Homepie, a real estate marketplace and technology firm that strives to revolutionize the real estate industry to make it easier and less costly for home sellers and buyers, while using technology to help guide them in a streamlined way. Brad loves the space where technology intersects real life real estate transactions and creates savings while promoting homeownership. Brad’s wealth of experience spanning three decades has afforded him the opportunity to connect with some of the biggest thought leaders in the space, and provided him with a unique perspective that he’s excited to share with listeners. His mission is to educate and serve homeowners and those who strive to be homeowners.
Jamie Cavanaugh is the President at Amerifund Home Loans, Inc. Jamie’s ability to combine over 25 years of industry expertise in operations, sales, business efficiencies, and vendor services through the eyes of an originator makes her a sought-after advisor in the industry. Over the course of her career Jamie has broken through the barriers of many glass ceilings to sit on executive leadership teams and has held executive board positions at companies like Bank of America, Countrywide, Prospect Mortgage and Mortgage Corporation of America, Inc. Her diversified experience includes compliance, origination, credit risk, post- closing and secondary marketing management. Jamie has a passion for advocacy and education. As a part of the leadership team at AIME Association of Independent Mortgage Experts, Jamie is the Vice President of Advocacy and Outreach. In this role she gives back to the wholesale community by working toward legislative change, building bridges to reach underserved communities and educating mortgage professionals to best serve consumers.
